The Silver version of Company Treasurer keeps track of stock certificates, stock options, warrants, and restricted stocks for one company and unlimited investors.
In addition, it generates proxy cards, barcode labels, dividends to pay and 1099 Tax Forms. It keeps track of dividends by Individuals, Entities, Stock Certificates and Companies.
It tabulates proxy votes, prints to any type of Certificate form and allows individual investors to own stocks under several account types for tax benefit reasons.
It generates an unlimited number of reports and searches, and stores investor documents. Finally, it allows up 10 simultaneous users to access its data.
